Assure Plan Card For 1 Year Support

I have bought a Assure Plan Card For 1 Year Support, that has a serial code to be activated. It shows a website: http://redeem.microsoft.com to activate de serial key. But when I type the serial key, it takes to an XBox Web Site and it doesn't work, due
to an error. How can I definitely activate this serial code in my microsoft account to get that expert support?
