Windows 10: Got an ssd enclosure with usb C to 3.2 and usb C to usb C cables, 3.2 is super slow

Hello, my usb 3.2 cables are extremely slow, like usb 2 speeds, even though I have a usb 3.2 port, I only get 40 Mb/s reads and writes, but with the USB C I get 900Mb/s reads and writes, why is this?

Connecting a USB-c SSD to a USB-c Hub

Hi, I'm Anvar, I'd be glad to help you today on this

since it works when connected to direct USB-C port, it is a problem related to the HUB, the hub seems not providing enough power required for the SSD and Enclosure,

suggested to try with a powered hub if you are using an unpowered USB Hub

Reversible USB - Type C

I wonder if there will be Type-A to Type-C and Type-B to Type-C cables. If there is, great. If there isn't, it might as well be a different name for the Lightning connector and it will go the way of Betamax.

I never liked how USB 3's four additional pins were superimposed on the USB 2 connector. Yeah, it is backwards compatible but something has to be said about the costs.
