Windows 10: Got hacked by a rambler.ru account "gr*****@rambler.ru‎", it

i can kind of change my password but as soon as i change it it gets changed again and i cant do anything i know it gets changed beacuse when i try to change it again it says i cant change to an old password i tried with multiple BRAND NEW passwords it let me change the password with both email and phone number but as soon as i try to log in with it the password does not work. the password change codes sends to my real email but yeah
