Windows 10: Got hacked by rambler.ru account.

When I can back from my school I just wanted play Minecraft and when I typed my password the name changed to random letters. Then I was scared and checked email of the account and it was *********@rambler.ru * is because it contains russia hackers emails I was then panicking because It had paid Minecraft account with secret school things so help.

My Microsoft account got hacked by a rambler ru

Can I trust that Microsoft will notify me about transferring my data and purchases from my hacked account all the way to a brand new one? I tried to use the recover form a few times now, but the only replies I've been getting is that the information that I provided about my hacked account was not enough to confirm my ownership, especially since the hacker changed the original email address of said account. All the information I provided was accurate to what I remember, yet I'm still being told that it wasn't enough to validate account ownership.
