Windows 10: Got hacked twice in a week, and despite a lot of of effort, and I am still vulnerable....

Last week on January 14th around 1.30 PM in IST, 3 of my Google accounts were hacked and 3 videos each total 9 were uploaded on my Youtube channels in a span of 2 minutes. I had 2-step verification on 2 of those channels, yet this happened. I also got permanently suspended by Youtube from those 3 accounts, although one of the account is back now.I saw that I had no new login according to my google accounts.I ran Norton Power Eraser, Kaspersky Virus Removal, Hitman Pro, Windows security including offline, and also cleared my browser cache. I rebooted in safe mode, and delted the restore poi

BadUSB Vulnerability

How safe are Microsoft's USB devices against the BadUSB vulnerability?

Upon discussion, it is said that the firmware is the target of the vulnerability. Are Microsoft's USB devices' firmware be tampered with? I know some peripherals that are secure and are protected from firmware reflashing.

Regions speech not available despite correct language pack install

The issue still remains unresolved, as English (Australia) simply does not show up in the list despite following all suggested steps to date (which I had done previously)

Your tool is indicating that a vulnerability was found in a software installed on your computer, but that does not mean that it has been exploited, I did a quick search for that vulnerability and found it to be a low-security risk. This is a flaw in the OpenSSL
program that affects the versions listed in the image sent. From what I could see on the OpenSSL page itself, this is the latest version available so I don't believe the problem has been solved. I believe that, for now, the solution is to keep antivirus and
antimalware solutions up-to-date or choose to stop using OpenSSL.
