Windows 10: Got Locked out of my Local Disk D and it's showing NTFS below it

I lost a file during the cut-paste operation. In order to recover it I used the "Disk Drill" app. I was not able to recover the file so I quit the app. But then I was locked out of my Local Disk D. I am not able to open it not even read-only. There is NTFS written below the drive. And it's showing "Acced denied, Location not available, The device is not ready". When I open disk drill app, however, I can see all the files which I had which means the disk still contains all the files that it had earlier but I am just not able to open it. Please help. The files are very important to me.

My Local Disk D drive is looked

Hi,

I recently did a recovery on my surface pro 3 because it was slow so I thought about it's time to reinstall windows. However, after the recovery was done, my local disk D got locked. My C drive shows an icon of an open silver lock, however my local disk
D drive shows a golden lock that is locked. I don't know how that happened but I have a lot important stuff on my D drive and I don't know the 48-digits recovery key. Any suggestions?

Local Disk D:

I continue to get messages telling me that my local disk D: is full. It asks me if I want to do a disk clean up. When I say yes, it takes me to disk clean up, but there is nothing showing that is on locak disk D:. It shows that I have plenty of space
and nothing gets deleted off of it.

What is actually stored on local disk D: and why am I getting this message if nothing is showing on it when I go to disk clean up?

 

diskpart doesn't show disk

Hey,

I am trying to install Win10 on a mac book air.

However the diskpart does not list the disk even after reformatting the partition as NTFS per suggestion.

read through this solution but cannot move to step 1 listed in the solution by Ivan as that disk doesn't see that partition it was just able to reformat.
