Windows 10: got locked out of windows after being told my pin isnt valid.

I turned on my computer, and was notified that my pin isn't valid anymore. I clicked the button to create a new pin, entered my password and was told that a code will be texted to the phone number on file. but that phone number does not accept texts. I tried for a recovery email, but nothing was sent.I emailed it to the same account but it shows a new email but nothing is visible on my inbox. if i try to change anything, it says that Microsoft has restricted access to the site right now till they get it by March. Its February.

Have PIN for Windows 10 but need Windows password

To set up a PIN on your Windows account, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Type the word pin in the search box and select
  Set up PIN sign-in.

  Add button.

  Enter the password for your user account, then click the
  OK button.

  Follow the instructions on the screen.

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to Change PIN password:

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.
