    Got some creepy and unusual behaviors on my Windows 10


    I had 2 windows opened, chrome and wordpad. They were opened in the task bar, but suddenly, when i tried to switch between them by hitting their taskbar iocns, a user control window popped up, asking me to allow this app to make changes on my computer, a window that wont appear when you enter an app...So when i pressed accept, the apps opened but google in a new tab and wordpad as a empy file. I was able to see my earlier windows but i couldnt enter them... i got to the lock screen, i couldnt enter my password and the screen was constantly changing to black and back...So i restarted my laptop then everything got back to normal. Should i be scared of this? am i safe?
