Windows 10: Got stuck on the bitlocker when I tried to reset my computer from the start.

I tried to reset my computer and I got stuck on thr bitlocker recovery key, and I don't know how to fix it. Please help me, I tried to get the key and redeemed it, worked for a second and then it took me back to the bitlocker.

For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'.

Another option is to use software.

Bitlocker frequently locking computers

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately these suggestions don't really fit our needs. We want to use BitLocker and don't want to disable it. The problem we have is that it locks some of our computers from time to time. Ideally we will make use of BitLocker but not have it blocking our computers.

I have tried:

1. Turning off BitLocker
   
2. Installing all Driver and Windows Updates
   
3. Turning BitLocker back on again
   

Maybe this will help. We will wait and see.
