Discus and support got the dreaded srttrail.txt error... however I was able to boot again... in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; ok. so I got the dreaded BSOD srttrail.txt error.     ok. so I got the dreaded BSOD srttrail.txt error. I tried a few fixes off YouTube yet didn't work. I went to system restore confident that would fix it yet system restore failed with error. upon starting the system again to run chkdsk the system booted up.. so now I'm getting all my info off it asap (at least the kids pics).... fearful it'll go down again.

    so.... suggestions? do I get info off and factory reset? make backup (but I'm unsure how....) can't I create a boot disk for windows 10 to reinstall? I really don't know which way to go I'd that wasn't obvious

    srt\srttrail\.txt problem .... but

    Hello guys, I have encountered the srt\srttrail\.txt problem but with a slight variant ... I can't access the startup settings ...once I follow the usual path until the part where you press restart so that the menu will appear after rebooting, my computer
    boots 'normally' and starts automatically the reparation, without giving me any choice !

    I did not recently instal any hardware, but I have logitech wireless mouse, I heard the problem might be about drivers with wrong signatures ..

    I need your help guys, and I'm not the only one having this problem ..
