Windows 10: Got Windows Defender Invoice sent to my Paypal-SCAM!!!

Here is a screenshot of what I received in my Paypal today. I did NOT sign up for this!

I keep getting Hotmail --- E-mails form Scam Paypal- Then I get a reply from a kosher Paypal. This wa after I reported to Paypal (THE FIRM) the scam E-mails.

I then have another what looks Like a scam E-mail. Giving the time of my report to Paypal (The FIRM). Could the scammer be tracking my E-mails?

 

Window Defender Scam

I received a scam email concerning Windows Defender Protection this morning which I did not call phone number listed. Just wanted to advise you of this email.

 

PayPal's 2-step verification causing me extreme frustrations!

I apologize (sorry) if this is in the wrong category, but how do you turn off PayPal’s 2-step verification on Windows 10? I’ve already tried following the instructions that PayPal provides ( how do'-'i'-'turn'-'on'-'or'-'off'-'2'-'step'-'verification'-'for'-'paypal'-'account'-'login ), but they don’t work, because rather than giving me any option to turn it off, they instead give me either the option of having a text code sent to me or using an authenticator app to verify my ID. Neither option is reasonable for me because I don’t have my own cellphone, and have to borrow one from someone in my family. It’s ridiculous for PayPal to assume/presume that everyone has their own personal cellphone, and It has caused me extreme frustrations. PLEASE HELP – thanks.
