Windows 10: GPD Win, Reinstalled windows: No Drivers installed

So i reinstalled windows 10 on my GPD Win and it seeps that the speaker/controller/built in mouse/wifi/bluetooth/touchscreen, and just about every other driver isnt installed, not even the battery percentage shows up in the task bar. The hardware doesn't show up in settings but i know it works properly due to it working in the UEFI menu. What drivers and what do i need to do to get them working properly again? It seems that the computer can't detect the hardware although it is displaying correctly. Although i cant use a driver detect-and-install utility because the computer isn't showing the ability to connect to wifi, although it did before and i havn't changed any of the hardware.

reinstall win.10 to fix with iso file

win 10 media ISO file,trying to install this file to fix win10 from usb drive. win cannot install in drive 0 par.2 654gb avail,due to MBR partition table on EFI sys.can only be installed to GPD disk?

 

Window 10 does not send printer jobs to printer

In C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3 I do see IB4019.BUD and IB4019.GPD but I'm not sure how I use them.

There is also IBPPDRES..DLL

 

Use the manufacturers Restore Option instead of using a Win10 USB to reinstall or goto their Website and downloading all the latest Drivers would be the usual route....

Unfortunately i cant look into the hardware of mine without most likely breaking it, but i will keep an eye on that forum; Thank you for the help.

EDIT: one of the links was very helpful and got many of the drivers i needed working, thank you very much!!, i will go look and see if any drivers aren't working and will either list them here or mark this post as solved; thank you again so much for your help.

 

Once you have it all working again be very sure to make a Backup Image to an external harddrive or another coumputer of the GPD's HDD with Macrium Reflect Free so that if you ever have an issue again you can re-image it fresh in about 20 mins....

If you know another User with one they could also make an Image for you perhaps....
