    In Windows 11 when I open GPEDIT tool it always go to local group policy instead of Domain Group Policy. How can I use it to manage Domain Group Policy?

In Services it indeed shows it Disabled. It also shows it Running. I'm unable to stop it; all of those options are greyed out. Multiple restarts have not helped....

In Services it indeed shows it Disabled. It also shows it Running. I'm unable to stop it; all of those options are greyed out. Multiple restarts have not helped....
