Windows 10: GPO association file doesn't work

I would like to force on all Win10/Win11 domain PCs in the company Outlook as the default application for mailto. I have followed the instructions for creating a GPO with an associated xml file. https://learn.microsoft.com/it-it/microsoft-365/troubleshoot/group-policy/configure-email-client-using-policy On the PCs the registry key is created with the correct path to the .xml file, but the default app does not change, not even after restarting the PC.Help me, please!Thanks

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Association File GPO Not Working

I would like to apply Microsoft Edge and Outlook to be the default apps to all the computers in the organisation. All the computers are running Windows 10 1809/1909. I have used the DISM command (dism.exe /online /export-defaultappassociations:c:\temp\customassoc.xml)
to export the association file and removed everything out but the Edge and Outlook settings. I have set the GPO Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > File Explorer

On the network at the office the settings apply perfectly I can reset the defaults apps and sign out and in again and it's changed back to Edge and Outlook. I can set Outlook to Edge and the browser to Chrome and sign out and in again and they are changed
back correctly. When trying to apply the settings to a computer that is remote and connected to our VPN the settings do not apply. When running a gpresult I can see that the GPO is applying but it does not change/update the default apps for email and web browser.
There are no error or warning logs in event viewer. I can run a gpupdate /force restart and nothing is changed. i have tested it on multiple users working from home and defaults are not set. Also note once you are logged into the computer then only do we connect
the VPN.

Is there anything I am missing or something else i can try?

Double Tap doesn`t work on Lumia 620

Hello,

Double Tap to wake doesn`t work at my Lumia 620. I have all on in settings but still doesn`t work. I`m pretty sure that in update AMBER or BLACK this function works properly. But after DENIM update doesn`t. Maybe you are planning some update for this future
?
