Windows 10: GPO sttings

Discus and support GPO sttings in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; My privacy options, dagnostics settings.... are blocked saying i need to contact my administation .     GPO sttings


    My privacy options, dagnostics settings.... are blocked saying i need to contact my administation . I dont have the rights to access those settings . So I tried to edit the gpo and access the computer config but it wont work . Not with the Run not thru search either so how can I access the console tree now ?

    Is it possible that One Drive is messing up with this . I've been finding it in Directories ???

    "C:\Users\acces\OneDrive" or else . My computer is also under the network directory as well . I did a new install a few days ago because of the error 0X8007002. My dowloads folder also was under the same pattern as one drive show up here . I tried to work it out with DOS . the chkdsk help a little but all the directories got messed up all over again after a few days . What can I do ?
