Windows 10: GPS not working in Windows app

Hello,I've got several Panasonic FZ-G1 Toughpads on Windows 10 with internal Sierra Wireless Snapdragon GPS sensors. We are using them with ESRI Collector and Survey123 mapping apps which use the Windows location sensor. I suspect after a Windows update, the GPS has stopped working in Survey123 and is not getting a position from the internal integrated sensor although still shows a position in Collector. This is when the device is offline, and expecting to get the signal from the internal GPS. We have tried updating the drivers, resetting the devices, updating all the software and I've also

• What is the error message that you have received when using a GPS app?

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
