    Hello,I've been having massive issues with some games Elden Ring,Red Dead 2,GTA IV,Kingdom Come DeliveranceThe problem is my CPU after 5-10 mins gets down to lower Mhz and sodoes my GPU and then the game has massive lag spikes for a few seconds, and then returns to normal for a few minutes, Graphical settings of the game doesn't matter as shownin the picture with RDR2 which is on lowest and on 720p. I've tried a lot of things in the software department that meaning tweaks to windows, disabling stuff from bios andeven trying a debloated windows 10 version the settings include, with hardware i

    Significant CPU, GPU and RAM lag spikes

    My computer is having significant lag spikes. How do I make my computer's CPU, GPU and RAM go down? Any tips or suggestions? Also I use this computer for gaming.

    100% gpu usage!
    6.5gb ram usage!
    65% cpu usage!
    Disk does fine, though.

    Windows 10, 21H2

    CPU/GPU spikes while gaming


    Hello,

    I'm having issues playing games now due to this CPU/GPU max usage spiking while playing and it causes a lag spike.. it happens like every few seconds and it's driving me up the wall.. really not for sure where else to go with this issue.. it happens in nearly every game i play as well.

    GPU: GTX 970 4gb
    CPU: i7 4770k 3.50GHz
    Storage: Samsung EVO 850 250gb for OS and 500gb for games
    RAM:16gb
    PSU:1000w

    solutions I've tried..
    unparking cpu, updating to latest gpu drivers, latest realtek sound and network drivers for my motherboard, latest chipset, cleaning out my pc, checking my temps.. it never goes above 70c while gaming.. both my gpu and cpu. even a clean install of Windows 10 Pro x64 bit, I've even done a clean boot and the issue is still occuring.. really at a stand still. I'm going to upload the screenshots of the in-game graph that is showing the spikes.

    Hi,

    I recently upgraded my motherboard and CPU to a Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 5 motherboard and an Intel Xeon 1231 v3. I use a Nvidia GTX 660 GPU, and recently my FPS in-game has been stuttering. When I checked my GPU load, I noticed it kept on dipping below the threshold that the game would use. For example, if the maximum load the game took was 80%, every 10 seconds or so the load would dip down to 20%, causing a stutter. This makes the games I play virtually unplayable.

    I was playing Tera, and this game IS known for it's optimization issues, but I had no problems in the past running this game with my previous motherboard. I recently got a BSOD and I'm hoping that it could lead me somewhere good. If anything, I might just RMA my motherboard and call it defective.
