Windows 10: GPU Black Screen + Max Power Fans + BSOD

Hello!Was away from my PC for 1.5 months. Came back to an unusable state. First time I powered it on and started a game of League, my screen went black. My RTX 2080 TI had its LEDs shut off inside the case, while the fans were going full power. Both monitors turned off due to no feed. Restarted, thought maybe it was a one-off. This time it happened seconds after entering my pin to log on Windows. Some subsequent times it wouldn't even get there - black screen/ no feed, LEDs off, GPU fans on max. Tried a different slot on the motherboard - same issue. Thought it was a bad card. But just to be s

Ok, I set the timings as suggested. For the DRAM voltage it is defaulted to 1.2 V. Did you just set 1.35V or did you step up to it testing for stability along the way?

I realized another lever that could be pulled in this process is the GPU silent mode. The GPU has a switch to set factory OC bios or Silent bios. I have been running the OC bios. Silent reduces fan speeds, reduces max power and reduces max boost frequency.

 

Screen Randomly Goes Black, Fans Max Out - PC Requires Power Cycle to Recover

I am experiencing a critical issue with my Maingear PC, which I hope you can assist me in resolving. My PC's screen randomly goes black, and the fans ramp up to the highest speed. I can only restore the PC to a working state by performing a power cycle.

• Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (16 cores, 4.5 GHz, Boosts to 5.7 GHz)

• Cooling: MAINGEAR EPIC RGB 360 AiO Liquid Cooler
  
• Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair X670E Hero
  
• Memory: 64GB FURY Beast RGB DDR5 6000MHz (2x32GB)
  
• Power Supply: MAINGEAR 1000W Ignition
  
• Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
  
• M.2 NVMe SSD: 1TB Kingston FURY Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD
  

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

1. Enabled and disabled XMP memory in the BIOS.
   
2. Reinstalled the graphics card drivers.
   
3. Updated the BIOS firmware.
   
4. Verified that RAM modules are installed correctly.
   
5. Ran the System File Checker (sfc /scannow) to detect file corruption.
   

Unfortunately, these steps have not resolved the issue, and I am still experiencing the black screen and high fan speed symptoms.
