Windows 10: GPU Chip Power Draw & 8-Pin at 0 W. Is it possible to replace the GPU? Nvidia GTX 1060

Hello!


So my problem is that my graphics card has stopped working with my upgrade. As showed in the picture, neither the GPU nor the 8pin have power, and the PSU is straight out of the factory! My guess is that the graphics card has been, in some way, "electricitally fried". Is it possible to replace the GPU - is it some kind of standard chip readily available ? in normal circumstances

Select GPU to use by specific applications

have 2 GFX cards installed: GeForce GTX 1060 and Radeon HD 7850. Both are working fine as I plugged in different monitors to different cards to be sure about it.

I want to force some applications to use Radeon HD 7850 instead of GeForce GTX 1060, but I can't find a way to do it. I've found that in Windows 10 you can switch GPU for applications in Graphics Settings between Power Saving and High Performance, but both
options are using GeForce GTX 1060 for me.

Is there other way to select GPU for specific applications, or an option to change Power Saving GPU?

 

GPU at 0% all the time Windows 10

My GPU always stays at 0% usage

I have Windows 10 64-bit, and these are my specs:

• Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU
• 4096 RAM
• NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
  • Driver version: 342.01

My GPU usage is always at 0% usage, when I play games such as Valorant and also when I don't. For instance, when I'm playing my RAM is at 70%, the CPU at 50-60%, and the GPU at 0%. This problem is driving me crazy and I would really appreciate some help.
