Windows 10: GPU discrete shown as link 0 issue, after update windows

Hi all ... Here is I have The problem that i have , my laptop asus x550iu before update windows , discrete gpu radeon rx 460 i shown as gpu 0 ON task manager , after i update windows discrete gpu shown as link 0 in task manager , could someone explain me how to revert my discrete gpu so that can shown as gpu 0 without link 0 again ?? please because before i cek it on dxdiag also read my discrete gpu rx460 shown as render but now after appears link 0 in task manager the render tab on dx diag is gone .

Game didn't use the discrete GPU

I have one game that runs just fine before but now it won't use discrete GPU no matter what I do it still won't use it, the game is Grounded (Steam version) it recently has a full release update and since then the game won't use a discrete GPU even though I force it to but the game still not using a discrete GPU.

It's only on this game, I can play other games just fine they're all using discrete GPU automatically.

Things I've tried to fix it:
1. Set the game to run using discrete GPU in NVIDIA Control Panel
2. Verify integrity of game files in Steam

3. Re-install the game 2 times

4. Set my laptop to use discrete GPU all the time

And recently I got a Windows 11 22H2 & NVIDIA driver update, so it's all up to date but the game still not using discrete GPU.
What do you think the problem is? Is it my laptop? Is it the NVIDIA driver or Windows 11 updates? or is it the game that causes the issue?

I did what you said but still, the game not using a discrete GPU it's so weird because it's the only game that I have which not use a discrete GPU after the update it can run just fine before.

And I've searched on Google and Steam Discussion but it looks like I'm the only one who has this issue T_T
