Windows 10: GPU drivers still crash after RMA'ing, getting kernel 141 errors.

My graphics card crashes atleast once a day while gaming, It only says my graphic drivers have crashed.Sometimes it will just crash my game and make my screen go black and sometimes both of my screens will stay black but I can hear my games.I have RMA'd my 5700xt and it was deemed to not have any problems. Live Kernel Event 141

Hi Bao,

Many users has sadly aswell encountered this problem. Solving this will take some time, I highly suggest you to look through these threads steadily while making some stress tests and all of the other stuff that is needed.

Live kernel event 141 error

Hey everyone, recently I have been dealing with this "Live kernel event" error, that's been causing me some issues. The most recent time I encountered this error, my PC froze, the screen went black and I had to reset my PC. I have tried reinstalling graphics
drivers but still, I am getting the issue. Weirdly, I don't always crash though, sometimes I don't even realize I got the error before I check for it.

PC specs:

GPU: RTX 2080 Strix

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

Ram 36 GB trident Z 3200mhz (D.O.C.P @ 1.35V)

PSU Rog thor 850W

Cpu cooler: Rog ryuo 240

Motherboard: ROG Strix X570-E Gaming

Here is the error code from the most recent crash (This time it did literally crash, black screen had to reset and the same error occurred twice at the same time)

Live Kernel Event Error 141

Thx for the help, pritty much dune all the above.

Tested with the OCCT5.55 tool yesterday left it running on the PSU load test for 4 hours at 640 Watts drawn at 230vac no issues dected

all other OCCT5.55 test passed with no errors.

Also the system passes the Passmark test, 3D mark test, Intel diagnostic tool. CPU z and GPU z tests.

Also tested the system with another NEW lot on ram 32Gb 3600Mhz Corsair Vengeance Pro

The 141 error still happens with new ram installed.

All the tests are preformed at standard clock speeds.

This error also happened with another video card installed

I do not use Bitdefender, I use Trend Micro Maximum security
