Windows 10: GPU load spikes after Windows 11 update and rollback to Windows 10

Hi there,System specsell XPS 17 9700 laptop 2020CPU: 10th Generation Intel Core i7-10875HGPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Max QRam: 32GBSummary of the problem:So my laptop automatically updated to Windows 11 because I left it on overnight. The next day I rolled back the OS to Windows 10 using the 10 day rollback option Windows 11 provides because I did not want Windows 11. I then noticed that games such as Baldur's Gate 3 and other less intensive games were lagging regularly in around 1-3 min intervals when they were not doing that before. All of my settings were unchanged in game. I was running

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
