Windows 10: GPU not recognized by laptop

So I have a new laptop bought this may, a Lenovo Legion 5 15ARH05 and it works really well. Well it did anyway, up until yesterday. I found out I had a trojan virus and the device started to move pretty badly. I tried to erase it but it didnt work, so I reinstalled the Windows 10 just to make sure that it doesnt affect anything else. After I did it, the laptop did not recognize the GPU in any way shape or form. Its like it doesnt exist. It only recognizes the integrated GPU that the CPU has. I tried installing the drivers, but if the GPU is not known by the laptop, the drivers could not be i

dGPU is recognized as GPU 0 and iGPU as GPU 1

I have a laptop with a dGPU. Will there be problems if the dGPU is recognized as GPU 0 (and iGPU as GPU 1) in Task Manager on a fresh install?

 

Best laptop under $800??

Laptop suddenly stopped recognizing the external monitor

To assist you better, I would like to ask if the laptop is unable to recognize only the external monitor or other external devices also.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on “Hardware and Devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.
