Windows 10: gpu not working for some reason

Discus and support gpu not working for some reason in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; When I check the device driver I see my Vega 8 with a yellow exclamation point.     gpu not working for some reason


    When I check the device driver I see my Vega 8 with a yellow exclamation point. I tried to update the driver but it seems there are no updates available. What should I do?
