my gpu is not working I have tried installing new drivers updating bios resetting bios reinstalled windows and uninstalled a million different drivers still the same thing gpu dose not show up in task manger either error code 43 in device manager My gpu is Nivida 1660itDevice PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_2191&SUBSYS_13361025&REV_A1\4&27ff032&0&0008 had a problem starting.Driver Name: display.infClass Guid: {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}Service: BasicDisplayLower Filters: Upper Filters: Problem: 0x1FP

Advice from Microsoft: Graphics device driver error code 43

Windows stopped your device because it reported problems. To fix it, try the following:

Select the Start button, then in the search box next to Start, type device manager and select Device Manager from the list of results.

Find the problematic device in the list (it will often have a yellow exclamation point icon next to it).

Press and hold (or right-click) the name of the device, and select Properties. In Properties, select the Driver tab, select Roll Back Driver, then follow the steps. If the button is unavailable, that means there's no driver to roll back to.

Select Uninstall device and then select Uninstall.

At the top of the list of devices in Device Manager, press and hold (or right-click) the name of your PC, then select Scan for hardware changes. This reinstalls the device driver.

To see if this fixed the problem, press and hold (or right-click) the name of the device again and select Properties. On the General tab, under Device status, you should see This device is working properly. If you don’t see this message, refer to the documentation that came with the device or contact the manufacturer.

Windows 10 / Nvidia 1030 - Code 43

Still nothing. =/I redid the uninstall and let windows take over the updating/installing process and I am still getting Error Code 43. I am about to take my GPU to a friends house and see if the same error occurs on his PC.Please let me know if you have any more suggestions. I will update when I learn more after testing my GPU on his PC.Thank you for your help.

GPU gives Error Code 43 after April 2018 update

Hello!

I updated my Windows 10 laptop two days ago. After the update, my GPU (Nvidia GTX 960m) gave an Error Code 43 in the Device Manager and wouldn't work. I have tried reinstalling the drivers multiple times and I have also reinstalled Windows 10. But nothing
has worked for me. Can anyone suggest me a solution?
