Windows 10: gpu not working properly

Suddenly my GTX 1650 is working abnormally. I have HP Gaming Laptop and games are not using the GPU properly They stutter heavily . I tested the UserBenchmarks and it didnt even used the main gpu , it rather tested the iGPU. I tried reinstalling the drivers, rollback the drivers but it didnt helped. Also for a few days the windows is having micro stutters in normal usage , such as delay input, slow loading for few seconds etc. Ryzen 5 5600hGTX 1650500 GB SSD

We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
