    Hello everyone i recently bought this new laptop looking for an upgrade, but since the beginning i've been having graphics issues.Lots of Stuttering, lag and low FPS.I finally checked what was happening and the IGPU keeps kicking in once every little moment and thats when i lag, i've done the windows option to force the dedicated RTX 3050 on every app game i use, updated my drivers, changed the energy plan , i did everything even on the Nvidia PanelBut the laptop still decides to use the IGPU for a couple of seconds, then goes back to the RTX, and so on so forth, Can anyone please help me!

    Background Recording Services Eating Up 80% GPU Usage

    Recently my GPU has been fluctuating from anywhere between 20-60% GPU usage just from having nvidia geoforce instant replay and xbox game DVR recording in the background. It shoots up to 80-90% when
    I just have Steam open in the background. I've always left both services constantly recording every day for the past 6 months even when I'm not playing games and the GPU usage never went anywhere even close to his this high of a percentage. I have an RTX 2070
    Super and I used to play modern games like Doom Eternal with high settings at 1440p 100+ FPS with both services recording in the background and my GPU always sat around in the 80-90% usage area, now I'm getting that without even having a game booted up. And
    if I try booting up pretty much any game the GPU sits at a consistent 100% with performance drops when beforehand I had never seen it reach 100% for even a second. I just started PC gaming for the first time this year with this new computer and I'm honestly
    at a loss for why this suddenly started happening, so any help and ideas would be appreciated as I'm not super knowledgeable with this kind of stuff. Thanks

    Constant 100% Disk Usage, 60-80% CPU usage. Both happen when idle.

    Could you also provide a snapshot of Resource Monitor with selected Disk Activity Tab and checked only System:

    i would also suggest running checkdisk and sfc /scannow

    High GPU usage by system processes

    My laptop uses nvidia gtx 1050ti as a gpu .It consistently gives good fps (180-200) but it suddenly drops to really low fps(20-40) which really ruins my gaming experience.I analysed my task maneger and noticed that whenever there is drop in fps ,Client
    server runtime process and windows destop maneger combined utilises upto 60% of gpu usage .So please help me with this.

    my laptop specifiactions :

    windows 10 64 bit

    8 gb ram

    intel i7

    Nvidia Gtx 1050ti ,8 gb

    all my drivers r updated

    laptop is free of viruses
