Windows 10: GPX files turning into Adobe Photoshop

I create walking routes on a map and download them as GPX files onto a GPS. However, since one of the Windows 10 updates all my GPX files have been transformed into Adobe Photoshop files and cannot be opened. Does anyone please know how to revert these files back to GPX files. Thank you.

Accidentally set Photoshop to open all .GPX Files

I use Motogoloco to set Routes for travelling.

I download and save .GPX Files from web sources, I have accidentally set Photoshop to Save/Open all GPX files that I use.

How can I rectify this?

Looking to reset so that I can open these File Types.
