Windows 10: Graint Arabic Text

Hi,

Based on the information that you've provided, the text file that you've opened was created from a
Windows 7 system. This may indicate the text file is using an older text format which may cause compatibility issue. To isolate your concern, we suggest that you set the region and language option to
Arabic. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Click the Start menu or Windows icon.
  
• Select Settings or the cog icon.
• Select Time & Language.
• Under Related settings, click the Additional date, time, & regional settings link.
• Click Region.
• Click the Administrative tab.
• Under the Language for non Unicode programs section, click the Change system locale button.
• Change it to Arabic.
• Click OK.

Once you're done, check if the issue persists.

I had just tried setting up that(Yemen-Arabic), and then I asked to restart my Windows to let changes take effect.

I have tried restarting it. Then, all those text files having Arabic contents were shown as expected. However, you think then I should stick on these settings without being faced with any issue.

after the recent update of windows 10 , if i am trying to copy pate arabic text it gets shifted to be ??????????

any suggestions ?
