Windows 10: Grandmothers PC refuses to update beyond build 19041.1 Error code 0x8000ffff

For the longest time my grandmothers PC has refused to update no matter what steps I have taken. I am somewhat tech savvy and have tried numerous supposed solutions but none have resolved the issue so far.Steps I have takenRunning windows update troubleshooterRunning Windows 10 Update AssistantSystem restores to earliest point of the problem occuring Can no longer do due to the time that has passedManual reboot of update services/components using net stop, etc and renaming update folders for them to be regenerated.More recently I ran SFC with"sfc /scannow" in elevated Command prompt and got
