Windows 10: graphic settings not showing fortnite when i browse

its labled as an internet shortcut and im not sure how to find it in my graphic settings

ya followed your steps and it still just doesn't show up in any of the files even after i found its location and went to browse in graphic settings it didn't show up

also put it in a folder and went to browse and the game didn't appear in it.

The shortcuts from Epic and Steam are shown as internet shortcuts.

To locate the Fortnite executable (.exe) you must locate it in the Epic Games folder. (Default location: C:\Program Files\Epic Games)

Or you can open the game, open Task Manager > Right click the Fortnite process > "Open file location"

I want to change the graphic settings on a game but when I click browse its not showing up in my files how can I fix this?
