Windows 10: Graphical issues, the jagged/fuzzy look in programs

Hi. The title says it. I have this problem for over a month now and asked this question two times on this site, got no help. Here are some examples of some programs:
Minecraft Launcher.
Minecraft.
Blockbench.
My PC:
Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19041 Build 19041
12GB RAM
GEFORCE 940MX
Intel Core i5-7200U
225GB SSD
The problem isn't about Minecraft since I have the same problem in the other programs, and none of the in-game things fixed my issue. And my drivers are up to date, so it is not the fix either. Graphical issues, Low shadows, Low textures, jagged edges etc.

Low graphics quality can be caused by incorrect graphics settings, or that the resolution settings of your device are not configured correctly, etc. For us to isolate the issue about low graphics quality when playing games in Windows 10, kindly respond to
the questions below:

• Can you describe to us if the graphics issue is only exhibited when playing games?
• After contacting the support for your graphics card, can you tell us more about the troubleshooting steps that they have instructed you? This is for us to know and to avoid any duplication of efforts on your end.

Cursor looks weird and jagged


Ok I just got a new computer (asus m32) and installed windows 10 on it, and after installing all my apps and stuff, i added the cursor pack that i always use, and was met with this:

after messing around trying to figure this out, i found that if i open magnifier, the cursor magically becomes normal;

 

Jagged alliance 2 game won't load on HP notebook PC Windows 10.

I suggest you to uninstall the Jagged Alliance 2 game and reinstall the latest Jagged Alliance 2 game in compatibility mode and check, if it works.



Follow these steps to install the Jagged Alliance 2 game in compatibility mode on your computer.



1. Download the latest Jagged Alliance 2 game from the Official Jagged Alliance 2 game website.

2. Right-click on the setup file and click on "Properties".

3. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.

4. Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
