  1. Graphics Card Fans Spinning, nothing on monitors

Hi, so my graphics has recently stopped showing up in task manager, device manager, and GeForce experience isn't detecting it anymore, for a long time I was getting no display during when BitLocker was awaiting my password and I have to type my password without the monitor showing anything, and recently after entering my BitLocker password, it doesn't post anything on the monitors, the GPU fans are spinning, also when I plugged one of my monitors into the onboard graphics from the CPU is shows on the monitor. I am using a i7-9700k CPU and a RTX 3060 with 12gb of VRAM. I think it may be somethi

    usb monitors using graphics card

    Hi isaac177,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    1. May I know the model number of AOC display monitor?
    2. Is this the first time that you are trying to setup the display using HDMI?

You can try to use an adaptor (USB/HDMI or VGA as the card has 3 slots) to connect to monitor. I would also suggest you to get in touch with Nvidia to know more about this as there can be output issues while using adaptors and your Graphic card (GTX
1660 Ti) might not work as expected.

I suggest you to refer this
    NVidia
support link, and check if that helps.

    Regards,

    graphics card problems

    Hi,

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

    • Turn your computer off.
    • Pull out your video/graphics card.
    • Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
    • Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.
Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.

Let us know how it goes.

Graphics Card Fans Spinning, nothing on monitors

Are my Graphics Card fans automatic?

When your system starts, the fans should spin up for a second or two, from then on when your GPU reaches a set temperature they should come on to cool your GPU and then once the PU has cooled sufficiently they should shut down . . . The temperature target
on that model is 75 degrees Celsius

Do not use third party software to adjust the fans on your graphics card, only use software supplied by the manufacturer
