Windows 10: Graphics Card Updating Problems

I updated my AMD Radeon R9 360 graphics card and decided to update all of my brothers pc's aswell, as they both have the same computer (Predator G3). While updated one of their pc's, the screen went black and said No Signal, being the idiot I am I decided that I should force shut down his computer, little did i know that the pc was already restarting, so i just messed up the updating cycle. Anyways, now his computer boots up, and shows a black screen with a spinning white circle of dots. Any help on fixing this would be appreciated.

Multiple displays taskbar icon highlight problem

The driver for the graphic card has been updated to the newest version from the manufacture (Lenovo) which was specified for Windows 10. Because the graphic card is Intel HD 4400, I am afraid that that graphic card driver should not be the problem. This
graphic card is not bad, I don't think it's compatibility problem. I have tested on several computers and they both had the same problem.

 

Windows 10 Nvidia Graphics Card

I tried to update my graphics card multiple times and its the same error. Also, it is the same problem for all of my games. My computer is an Acer Aspire if that helps.

I don't think it is my graphics card because it is fully updated with no errors. The problem is that the games don't detect my Nvidia graphics card, so it uses the basic graphics.

I found a fix, after viewing many, many pages, you must start and turn off your computer when it shows the ring 2-3 times to set the computer into repair mode. Hope this helped anyone.
