Windows 10: 'graphics device driver error code 31'

All of a sudden I was running things just fine earlier I then my screen turned black and I shut off my pc Because it wasnt going back to normal when it booted back up everything seemed fine until I ran a game. It was very laggy all of a sudden So I looked around and it said i had an error 21 turns out it was disabled in device manager but now Its saying 'graphics device driver error code 31' is there a fix to this?

The controller that is trying to start is not the same as driver for your video card contained in POST.

my Microsoft Basic Graphics Card give me that error, i search but i can't find the problem.

 

I get an error code 31 in Device Manager.
