Windows 10: Graphics Driver Code 43

Hello Guys, I have an ASUS Rog Gl553VE with 16 gb ram and 1050Ti mobile graphics card.I use my laptop almost 24 hours sometimes, and I was busy in papers last few couple of days. In those days, my laptop once stopped working, the lights are getting on for 1 second and after that everything switches off. Searched YouTube and found out that it can be resolved by pushing functions keys between f3 to f7 and then start it. Luckily it worked. I was busy in exams so did not notice that graphics card 1050ti stopped working Now that I am free,I saw that 1050ti is not detected by windows at all. Bios sh

I appreciate the efforts taken by you in resolving the issue. I understand that you receive an error code 43 for the NVidia Graphics Driver in Device Manager. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



Ideally, the recommended resolution for the error code 43 is to reinstall the Graphics driver, as you have already tried reinstalling the drivers, let us try doing a clean installation of Graphics driver and see if that helps.



Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + R. This will open
   Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’
   
2. In Run dialog box, type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and hit
   Enter.
   
3. Expand Display adapters.
   
4. Right click on the NVidia driver and click on
   Uninstall.
   
5. Now check the box Delete the driver software for this device.
   
6. Click on Uninstall
   
7. Do not restart the PC
   

Download the latest drivers for the graphics card from NVidia
website, once you download the drivers perform a clean install of drivers by following the steps mentioned below

1. Navigate to the location where the driver is downloaded (Usually it should be in the
   Downloads folder).
   
2. Double-click on the driver to
   run it.
   
3. Click on OK to start extracting the driver packages.
   
4. Accept the License agreement and proceed further.
   
5. Under Install options select
   Custom (Advanced) and click on Next
   
6. Check the box next to
   Perform clean install and click on Next
   
7. Follow the onscreen instructions
