Windows 10: Graphics drivers randomly restart and random stutters

Hey there guys!So my PC has been randomly restarting its graphics drivers screens go black for 1-2 seconds and come back and I have no idea what to do. My PC also randomly stutters for a second or two and goes back to normal. The stuttering started happening right after I upgraded to a Ryzen 7 5800X chip after being with an Intel 6700K for a long time, and the graphics drivers restarting started happening right after I updated to Windows 11. I have no idea what to do, where to look, or how to fix this problem. Things I've tried:Updating graphics driversWindows RecoveryChecking Event ViewerUp

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

randomly restarts. As our initial troubleshooting step, we suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter on your computer and check if it fixes the issue. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems look for
  Power.
• Then Run the troubleshooter.

Uninstall and Reinstall the Graphics Card Drivers.

Step 1: Uninstall the Graphics Card
Drivers

  Search for the Graphics Card
  from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers

After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.
