  2. PC freeze every day, problem event name: LiveKernelEvent, Code: 141

    Good evening,

Recently my PC had upgraded RAM, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x 8GB) 3000MHz DDR4CMK16GX4M2D3000C16 & MSI AMD vega56 airboost.

Initially, I had BSOD message THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER, that seems to have disappear, however i was having blackscreen and GPU fan was on max once that happened, before the crash, GPU was running around 70 - 75 degree, tried different driver but still no luck. Checking the reliability monitor, it gives me problem event name: LiveKernelEvent, Code: 141.

Since then i have RMAed the GPU, I put in one of the GPU - Nvidia 750Ti which we were still using a month ago, which was all running fine for 4 years, never crashed. Today, all the sudden, i have blackscreen again, with the same problem event name: LiveKernelEvent, Code: 141, but with different parameter.

Everytime i install different driver, i used DDU in safe mode

For the new ram, i have 2 sets of it, one on my Mrs PC, it is running fine on her pc no crashes etc, my PC still crash, so i don't think it is the ram issue.

I have uploaded Dxdiag, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Graphics drivers usually crashes with Problem Event Name LiveKernelEvent Code:141

Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent Code: 141

So I've tried using DDU to uninstall all the current graphics drivers for Nvidia and then using the official site to redownload them, though the crashing is still persisting. I turned off Windows fast startup, and have seen that in the Reliability Monitor the issue is still labeled as ->

    Problem signature

    Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent

    Code: 141

    Parameter 1: ffffa589e2029010

    Parameter 2: fffff80327300f00

    Parameter 3: 0

    Parameter 4: 0

As to why you saw some problems with an AMD GPU is probably because up till about a week ago I was using an AMD GPU (Now I've switched to an Nvidia one)

    Here is my V2 log

    DESKTOP-MDULHQJ-(2022-04-30_21-52-22)

Hopefully this helps, and in my System Journal I can still see an error occuring with nvlddmkm stating "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."

I followed the steps that said to use DDU then redownloaded the drivers so I'm unsure as to how to solve this issue.

    Any help is appreciated,

    Thank you,

Edit: Sorry for the delayed reply I had things to attend to
