Windows 10: Graphics issue, screen freezes every few seconds then catches up. Help!

CPU: AMD A6 5200 with Radeon HD 8400 graphics

I really need help with my computer.

I just got this problem. Basically, I let my cousin play Minecraft Windows 10 Edition/Bedrock Edition on my computer. Once we tried to play in the world, I got a message pop up that said my graphics driver was outdated, but I could still play. We ignored the message and I thought I could just update it later but when we went into the world, the menu screen and skies were corrupted.

I went on the AMD website and downloaded the latest graphics driver. I didn't really know what I was doing, so I just pressed every install button. So when I was trying to install it, It told me to install Radeon software so I did because I didn't have it yet. Then it gave a new window that said it was Uninstalling Radeon software? Then I double-checked if I had actually installed it and it just gave me the wrong message but it didn't. I uninstalled the setup wizard, (or whatever it's called) thinking that my Minecraft was fixed, and reset my computer.

It fixed the corrupted skies, but it was EXTREMELY UNPLAYABLE. So I started looking up ways to troubleshoot. The videos I watched said to install the latest graphics drivers from Device Manager, so that's what I did. I also updated my computer's .NET Framework because I got a message telling me to. I reset my computer again. My low frames on Minecraft were fixed, but now my screen freezes every few seconds and then catches up and it's driving me nuts. Even in games, it freezes like that and my keyboard is delayed. So I went and looked up more solutions and it said to disable my graphics/display adapter from Device Manager. It worked, but now my games run really slow like before. So I guess this is a problem with my graphics/display adapter. Please help me!

I suggest you to run the Video Playback
Troubleshooter. Follow these steps to run
Video Playback troubleshooter:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and select it.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Video Playback
  troubleshooter.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update your graphic card drivers.

I suggest you to update graphic drivers and check if it helps. Follow the steps given below.

  Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Device manager.

strange issues (black screen, blue screen, and freezes)

Memory or PSU gets my vote......although the 8800GT is getting alittle long in the tooth now.....but I'll stick with my 1st 2 suggestions.....get into the bios and check your voltage on your +3.3/ +5/and +12 lines and list them here.

NVDIA Graphics Processor and or Help with Projecting to Second Screen

to the questions below:

• What happens when attempting to duplicate the screen? Can you provide further explanation on this? This is for us to know and to avoid confusion within the thread.
• How are you connecting your Surface Table to another screen? Is it through VGA, HDMI, or Wireless?

Regarding your question about installing a different driver, you may install the latest driver for it if you are using an NVIDIA graphics card. However, if you are not using an NVIDIA graphics card, you may have to download the latest driver for your graphics
card. To find out which graphics card is installed, kindly press the Start
button, then type msinfo, and select System Information
from the search results. From there, expand Components, then select
Display.
