Windows 10: Graphics Tablet Issues

I have a X-pen star03 graphics tablet and when I hook it up to other computers the hidden icon immediately pops up on the task bar and I just can set it up from there, But when I set it up to the windows 10 tablet, my pen pressure doesn't work ( which is only the case if you don't set up the tablet to the computer ) So I look for the icon, and it wasn't there! So I power search the computer and don't find anything on X-pen Star03 set up ANYWHERE! How am I supposed to set up my tablet to the computer if it doesn't even give me and option to do so. Am I doing something wrong here?

Step 1: Uninstall current driver for the Graphic Tablet.

Step 2: Download and install the latest drivers for the Graphic Tablet directly from the manufacturer's website.

Windows !0 tablet keyboard issue

This issue might occur if the tablet mode is enabled.

I suggest you to disable the tablet mode and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type setting in the search area in the task bar and select
  Settings.
  
• 
  Select on System option.
  
• 
  Select Tablet mode in the left panel of system Windows.
  
• 
  Toggle off the tablet mode.

Removing Graphics Tablet Drivers

How do I remove an old graphics tablet driver so that I can install a new tablet of a different brand. When I go to the devices list, the old tablet is listed, and when I click on 'remove device" nothing happens. This is on Windows 10.
