Windows 10: Graphics Tablet & separate touchscreen

I have a Triple Display Set up with One Touchscreen display and a Graphics tablet I can specify one of them as my main display and that will take the input from both monitors. How do I specify that the "generic Billboard device" is the touchscreen and the other display if the Graphics tablet as the Tablet PC settings does not accept a tap with my stylus as a single finger tap on the set up process

To fix the issue regarding with device recognition, we suggest that you try these steps:

Step 1: Uninstall current driver for the Graphic Tablet.

Step 2: Download and install the latest drivers for the Graphic Tablet directly from the manufacturer's website.

Windows 10 Tablet Mode without touchscreen

I don't have a touchscreen computer, however I would like to try tablet mode with my graphics tablet but windows doesn't let me activate it.
Is there a registry or something I can edit to enable tablet mode without having to have a touchscreen?

 

Removing Graphics Tablet Drivers

How do I remove an old graphics tablet driver so that I can install a new tablet of a different brand. When I go to the devices list, the old tablet is listed, and when I click on 'remove device" nothing happens. This is on Windows 10.
