    Green checkmarks on desktop icons - how to remove?


    HelloAfter the W10 update yesterday, I had a message to do with Cloud. I thought i already had Cloud set up, so just clicked next, etc. Anyhow it took me through some questions, I answered yes and then when the PC started I had green ticks on some of the desktop icons. I tried to look up how to remove them, I dont know why I had them as they were not there before the update. Anyhow the only way to remove them was to stop cloud, but if i do that the icons vanish ie I lose my shortcuts.Any idea how to stop the green ticks and keep the shortcuts?Keith
