I'm following this and one other thread on the same issue. My Facebook albums disappeared yesterday. I changed no settings on Facebook, but I had changed the setting on my primary Hotmail account from download every 30 minutes to every hours. This is the
only think I changed. This seems to have interferred with my Facebook downloads in some way.

Other than the photo albums all of the Facebook content syncs fine. I have deleted and re-added my Facebook account with no luck as well as all of the suggestions above. There are no green dots appearing in the photos area when I re-activate my Facebook
account. It just is not looking for the photos.

Any help is appreciated.

1. Could you please briefly explain the procedure that you have followed to setup an album using Windows 10?
   
2. Which application are you using to display the album?
   
3. Which version of Windows is running on your device?

If you’re referring to Photos app, I suggest you to refer the section “Help the app find more photos” from the article

Hi Dino,

To help resolve you concern, what we suggest is to modify your photos properly. Follow these steps:

• 
  Select the Start
  
  
  
  button, then select Photos.
• 
  Select Albums, select the album you want, then select
  Edit . Or, to start creating a new album, select New album , select the photos you want to include, and then select
  Done .
  
• 
  Do any of the following:
  
  • 
    Type to enter a new title.
    
  • 
    Select Add or remove photos, select the ones you want, then select
    Done .
    
  • 
    To change the photo shown at the top, select Change cover, choose a photo, then select
    Done .
