Windows 10: Green screen flash crash now PC loads BIOS but Windows is not able to boot

Context:Recently installed new mother & CPU, reinstalled windows.it crashes a few times, but I reseated the GPU & put the NVME in another slot.but after that I still gamed for like 6 hrsThis morning, when opening up chrome: green screen flashed and PC crashedit posts but windows shows the repair screen and wont boot into windowsPC specs:AMD 6800xtAMD Ryzen 5700X3DASUS B550M-K PRIME mATXCorsair HW850 PSUMushkin 1TB NVME

Windows 10 Flashing Green Screen Unable to Log In

Hi, I upgraded to Windows 10 over a month ago.Yesterday my Acer PC restarted and it displayed the black Windows screen. It then went on to a flashing green screen with a circular loading symbol which started flashing on and off very quickly. I can't log
in or press ctrl alt del. I cant use the PC at all!

I've read other posts that suggest restoring to Windows 8.1 but I'm over the 1 month restore point and I'm unsure how to access any menus etc without being able to log in or access the start menu.

Any quick help would be really appreciated!

 

Green flashing screen on startup

I've been running Windows 10 on my laptop for a few weeks. Tonight I started getting a critical error when using the Start button. I did some readin and found a couple of posts which suggested selecting the safe boot option from msconfig.The laptop shut
down to restart, but when it got to the sign-in screen it started flashing between a plain green screen and a black screen with the circle of dots animation. It flashes about 2 or 3 times a second, although sometimes a little slower. I can turn it off with
the power button, but it does the same if turned on again. Usually it doesn't get to the sign-in screen, but if it does it is visible for less than a second before the flashing starts again.

Any suggestions?

PC won't boot after Windows loading screen!

Hi,

An Automatic Repair or Startup Repair can help you resolve your concern. This tool is used when you cannot boot your Windows properly. To run Startup Repair, you can go through
Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Restart now (Under
Advanced start-up). However, since you cannot enter your Desktop, we suggest you to force fail your computer. To do so, kindly follow the steps below:

• Boot your computer.
• While on the logo screen, do a force shutdown by pressing the Start button.
• Wait until you see "Preparing Automatic Repair" appears. If it doesn't appear, repeat the steps until it do so.
• After the loading screen, you will have a black screen and another loading screen will appear.

By then, it will now diagnose your computer and will do an Automatic Repair.
