Windows 10: Green Screen issue on all video playbacks on apps specific to windows

Hello I originally had this green screen issue on google chrome as well but was able to fix it in the settings however I continue to have this problem on all video playbacks that are not on googles web browser. any app that uses windows such as the Hulu and Netflix app both have audio and green screens so I am not able to watch any videos. Even on the windows store I cant see anything that has a video in the background and it is very frustrating seeing as how my computer is only a month old and has and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card so it cannot be my computer. Ive tried disabling hardware acceleration because every where I looked that seemed to be the issue but I cannot find a way to disable it any help would be much appreciated. thank you

Since I upgraded to windows 10. I'm getting green screens on IE, Firefox, Microsoft edge videos and on some movie apps. But not on Google Chrome.I have tried all the community step by step suggestive, instructions. But the problem is still there. I understood
that Microsoft is having some issues with windows 10. Is that a fact? .

 

Video Playback issues

An outdated browsers or display driver is on of the possible causes of playback issues. To isolate your concern, kindly answer the following:

• What's the current build of your computer? Press Windows key + R and then type winver.
• Does the issue happen on web browsers only? Can you try to play a video file from your local storage to see if the same issue persists?
• Did you try to clear the browsing history and resetting your web browsers?
• Did you get a specific error message?
• Do you have a Flash Player installed in your web browsers?

Meanwhile, kindly run the Video Playback troubleshooter. Go to Settings> Update & Security> Troubleshoot> Video Playback> Run the troubleshooter> Restart your computer.

Note: The automated troubleshooter will try to identify and then resolve the issues that it finds.
