Windows 10: Green windows

A few weeks back, I did not pay attention and accidentally set something up in windows settings. I have no idea what that was and how to undo it.
So what it does. It makes some of my active bars, search bars, and cells green instead of white. This is a problem with multiple applications across Windows so it is not one app that has a problem.
As an example I can list these items that are green and are supposed to be white by default:
- all cells in Excel (not the cell selection, the whole sheet, no conditional formatting included)
- an active search and replace function bar in notepad and notepad++ (when I click on the bar until I do this, it is white)

- save window in notepad ++

- the whole writing window in notepad (the basic one )

- an active address bar in file explorer in windows (when I click on address bar until I do this, it is white)
- motive colors in word (as in color of font and such)

I attach some screenshots for reference.

I tried to check night mode, easy access, and windows personalization themes and motives, but no help.

Any idea how to solve this is welcome.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

green screens

Since I upgraded to windows 10. I'm getting green screens on IE, Firefox, Microsoft edge videos and on some movie apps. But not on Google Chrome.I have tried all the community step by step suggestive, instructions. But the problem is still there. I understood
that Microsoft is having some issues with windows 10. Is that a fact? .

Step 1: Delete Cache and Cookie from Internet Explorer.

  Press Windows key + R key, type
  inetcpl.cpl and press Enter key.

  Click on Delete.

  Check the first four options and click on
  Delete option.
  

Step 2: Run Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter.

  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar and select
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on View all in the left panel.
  
• 
  Find and click on Internet Explorer Performance.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions.
