How to Install Greenscreen onto Movie Maker

I bought a new computer last year and installed the Windows Movie Maker app (I don't know if this is that different to the movie maker program??) before Jan 2017. But it seems really basic and I'd like to film some greenscreen but there is no transition
for greenscreen. This is a screenshot of the extent of what I get currently with movie maker:





Where are all the other features and how can I get greenscreen when it isn't already included here?

Hi,

This is a Desktop, Home Assembled by a Friend, though they're unsure on what the issues are.

I don't use any overclocking, it was originally overclocked but I turned that off when the first Greenscreen happened sometime back.

I use the drivers from AMD (Radeon Adrenalin 20.5.1) yeah.

GreenScreen is a free GitHub solution that you could use to exercise how to utilize solutions. Depending on signage complexity and management this may or may not work, but is definitely worth a look. If you show a working solution, you can use that as an arguement for showing a solution you are already able to manage versus a solution her buddy suggested.
