Windows 10: Grey Box traps cursor on Lenova laptop

This random grey box appears around clickable buttons on website, within excel sheets on my Lenovo laptop since the upgrade to Windows 11. I cannot click anything within this box -not by using an external mouse, not with the touch pad. I've tried using tabs to reach the box, it somethings works if I can tab to it and hit enter - but I cannot always tab to the box or cell I need. Then I place the cursor on anything withing this grey box, the cursor just spins or turns into hourglass, infinitely. It only happens after I make a few clicks on a spreadsheet or on a web page or even on a filla

My cursor keeps getting trapped in a grey circle and I have no control over it. It comes back for a moment and then gets taken away again. I have reloaded Windows 10, but the problem has continued. I have a Dell Inspiron 13 7000, touch screen

 

Lenova G400s laptop-Plugged in and not Charging- Issues reg.

I have a Lenova G400s Laptop. While charging my laptop shown "Plugged in and not Charging" I gone through the web and I tried the following steps i found in net

Please try below steps and check if it helps.

• Disconnect AC adapter.
• Remove battery.
• Connect AC Adapter.
• Power on the laptop.
• Press Windows + X and select
  Device Manager.
• Under the Batteries category, right-click all instances of
  Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery , and select
  Uninstall.
• Shutdown.
• Disconnect AC adapter.
• Insert battery.
• Connect AC adapter.
• Power on the laptop.
• still the problem not solve, it shows "plugged in and not Charging".. Pl guide me to solve the issues

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
