Windows 10: Grey rectangle on top left of desktop / home screen

There's a thin grey rectangle on the top left of my desktop screen that seems to cause my desktop apps to vanish. If I click on the rectangle and try to drag on it, an identical rectangle appears, but the original rectangle can't be moved. There's also a beeping noise when I click on it after dragging the second rectangle from it.The rectangle vanishes after I restart my computer, but appears again after some time. Are there any ways for me to permanently remove the rectangle?This is what the rectangles look like:

Strange as it seems, something that is know to cause that gray rectangle at the top left of the Desktop, is the Bluetooth device driver, try re-installing that from the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website.

Theres a small grey rectangle at the top left hand corner of my screen and i cant interact with it or get rid of it. The only thing i can do with it is change my wallpaper but then it flashes once. So it disappears for a second then comes back. How do i

I forgot to tell you but sometimes my apps are gone and theres a second grey rectangle that i can move but when i double click it my apps are there again. Sorry i cant get a screen shot of that situation but that doesn't happen anymore. When i double click
the second rectangle the picture you see above this reply is what happens next and just stays like that.
