Windows 10: Grey screen after password

I get a grey screen after putting in my password. I don't see the windows logo when I boot up and I don't want to do a restart cause all of my game files are in risk. if someone could help that would be great because I have suck little patience and this computer really ticks me off because I have payed 300 dollars in total for fixes and it's a piece of dog ****.

Password selection greyed out


Everytime for the last day that I have turned on my netbook (Toshiba kirabook) the password box would be greyed out, not letting me click on it and type in my password. The shut down and switch user buttons are also greyed out as well. I've had windows 10 downloaded now for a while and there had been no trouble. Any suggestions on what I can do?
